A prototype for a shopping bag that includes instructions, a pattern, and the material for a simple sewing project.
Have A Nice Day is a kit, created to pass out to the homeless. It contains small but useful things, to brighten their day. The booklet lists local shelters and more. It also includes a letter to the recipient, requesting them to write down the story of how they ended up on the streets and mail it back to me. The goal is to compile these short autobiographies and create a book, intended to create empathy in its readers.
Fling is an outdoor game created collaboratively with four peers. We developed the concept for game play, along with designing and building its components. Our goal was to never work while creating this piece, only play. Allowing our end result to reflect our process.
